Each plan begins with an examination and is adjusted according to clinical findings, response to care, and individual goals.
Neck pain and stiffness
Evaluation of restricted motion, muscle tension, joint dysfunction, postural strain, and symptoms that may follow an auto injury.
Shoulder and arm symptoms
Examination of the neck, shoulder, and upper extremity to identify mechanical findings and determine whether imaging or medical referral is indicated.
Mid- and low-back pain
Conservative care for spinal joint restriction, muscle tightness, reduced mobility, and activity-related back pain based on examination findings.
Hip and leg symptoms
Assessment of hip, pelvic, spinal, and lower-extremity findings, including symptoms that may travel from the low back into the leg.
Knee pain and mobility
Evaluation of knee pain, movement limitations, joint-line tenderness, and contributing lower-extremity mechanics, with referral when appropriate.
Foot pain and movement
Examination of foot symptoms and walking mechanics, including possible contributions from the ankle, leg, and low back, with referral when appropriate.
Cervical and lumbar radiculopathy
Evaluation of symptoms that may follow a nerve-root pattern, such as radiating pain, tingling, or numbness in an arm or leg. Examination findings guide care recommendations and whether additional testing, imaging, or referral is appropriate.
Disc bulges and herniations
Imaging findings are considered together with symptoms and examination findings. A scan alone does not determine the source of pain or the right treatment; recommendations are individualized, with further evaluation or referral when indicated.
Concussion screening
Screening and symptom documentation following an auto accident or other injury, with coordination of medical or neurology referrals when indicated. Care for associated neck and musculoskeletal injuries is guided by examination findings.
Motor-vehicle collision care
From the first evaluation through the final report.
Post-collision care requires more than symptom tracking. The clinical record should connect the mechanism of injury, examination findings, diagnoses, treatment, functional change, prognosis, and any need for further evaluation.

MedX Rehabilitation
MedX is a central part of our spinal rehabilitation program. Its specialized equipment stabilizes the body so the cervical or lumbar muscles can be exercised through a controlled range of motion with measured resistance. This allows us to identify weakness, begin at an appropriate level, and progressively improve spinal strength, endurance, and function. Each program is based on examination findings, ability, tolerance, and stage of recovery. Resistance and range of motion are advanced gradually, response is monitored at each visit, and the program is adjusted as needed. When clinically appropriate, MedX may be combined with chiropractic care, spinal decompression, and individualized home exercise.
